The products sold by mercicaffe.com are delivered using fast courier services. All products are new. The ordered items will reach you in 2-3 working days, with the exception of localities where the courier company does not deliver daily.

The total shipping cost will be displayed in the shopping cart before the order is placed/registered.

According to article 9 para. 1 of Government Ordinance no. 34 of June 12, 2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts, without specifying the reasons, within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, entered by you , in physical possession of the product.

If you wish to return the product, we will refund any amount we received from you, less the shipping costs from lovingfash.ro to you. Also, the shipping (return) cost for shipping the product from you to mercicaffe. com is free. If you will send the product with the payment of delivery to the destination (not recommended), mercicaffe.com will refund you the amount originally paid for the product minus the shipping costs, including the additional ones determined by the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery type offered by us.

If you would like to replace the product with another one, the delivery cost from you to the mercicaffe.com address (return) is free. The replacement of the product will be done as quickly as possible, 3-5 working days, depending on the available stock, after the verification of the product by mercicaffe.com and if the returned product complies with the conditions of our return policy. You will pay the shipping cost from mercicaffe.com to your address for the new package shipped by mercicaffe.com to you.

The return of the amount paid for the purchase of the product will be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new (open packaging, missing accessories, product is damaged, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse the return or request a fee for returning the product to its original state , as the case may be, to restore the stock.
